The developers of The Fairways of Ironhorse, the nation’s first premier Boutique Retirement Club™, in Leawood, Kansas, identified an opportunity for a different type of senior living community. With that expense, you lose flexibility such as moving to be with your children or accessing your assets, which ultimately limits your independence,” said Bridget. “Alternatively, the Boutique Retirement Club model will feature an annual lease, but you can break it with a 30-day notice if you need a higher level of care not provided on site.”
