In-Home Care: Personalized for Each Family

By  0 Comments

When should my family consider in-home care?
If you notice cognitive, physical or environmental changes happening with your loved one, such as repetitive discussions, loss of appetite, mobility troubles, depression or loneliness or the living environment in disarray or unmanaged, your loved one may need increased care. At Premier Custom Care, we discuss with you all the options of in-home care, a senior community or even the next level of assisted care. Our goal is to keep individuals as independent as possible with safety always at the forefront.

How much care is needed?
We believe the type of care you need is subjective and therefore we custom build a care plan for each individual. During an in-home visit, we make certain we understand your family’s situation and needs before recommending a care plan. This plan includes considerations such as day-to-day routines, ambitions, any therapy directives and likes and dislikes. Ultimately our clients are in control of the level of care received, and they are able to decrease or increase as needed.
