Bud’s Seafood Grille: Fish Your Way

Just to name a few examples, Bud’s fish varieties can be flame broiled, deep fried, poached or sautéed to your liking. And for those monitoring your fat intake, all deep-fried items are cooked in clear Canola oil with zero trans fat per serving.

Served fresh daily, Bud’s New England Clam Chowder is said by many to be the best anywhere. Bud uses nothing but the freshest and tastiest ingredients, which entice guests back time after time for this Stockton favorite. And on Friday nights, you will also find the cioppino hard to match.

A sampling of fresh fish available at Bud’s includes salmon fillet, mahi mahi, Petrale sole, rainbow trout, Pacific red snapper, Louisiana catfish filet, calamari, clams, Gulf shrimp and select Northwest oysters. And for the wee maties, there are always those kid faves, fish and chips and popcorn shrimp.

If you plan to dine out at Bud’s, have the fish your way, but don’t eat so much that you don’t have room for his scrumptious homemade desserts. Plus, Bud’s Seafood Grille offers a full-service bar, patio dining and a banquet room available for up to 40 guests. Bud also takes pride in catering for special events such as weddings, office luncheons, company picnics and birthday parties. Bud’s tow-behind barbecue allows for on-site grilling. Bud’s catering is delicious, and as simple and fresh, light or heavy as your needs may be!

Bud’s Seafood Grille is open Monday through Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The daily menu includes lunch, daily specials, early dinner specials, dinner and Sunday brunch. ■
